CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN ORDER?
Yes, customization is possible in terms of colours, sleeve and other minor adjustments. For any customization request, we request you to contact us at +91 9619871338 or email us at forampatelofficialid@gmail.com.
For plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the customization.
DOES THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT CHANGE FOR A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?
Price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our Site.
However, in case a customization is required such as colour , sleeve adjustments, etc, there will be an additional customization charge applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. In case the product was bought on sale, an additional charge for customization/alteration is applicable.
WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We can provide you with the courier tracking number upon request.
WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR RECEIVING ORDERS?
Each and every product is specially curated for you, being hand embroidered and sewn, and is made to measure.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.
For plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the

Our products are especially designed for you. We would love to design our products based on your requirements. We note that an additional charge will be applicable based on order with a bust size of more than 40.5.
HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?
Payments can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro Credit and Debit cards. We also accept bank transfers and cash payments. WHAT IF I WANT ANY CHANGES/CANCELLATION OF AN EXISTING ORDER?
As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refund.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We try to make all our products available to your doorstep. We can have the orders shipped to your doorstep or at your convenience. In case you wish to collect the product, we can have your order sent to Asmeeta textile park ,E-5a, Gala no.102, 1st floor Kongaon, Kalyan West.
HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ALTERED?
We generally keep a 4" (4 inch) margin for all our custom made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us. For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.
HOW DO WE SEND THE ORDER FOR ALTERATIONS?
If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order at our Studio in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Alternatively, you can drop-off the product at our production office in Asmeeta textile park,E-5a, Gala no. 102, 1st floor Kongaon, Kalyan West. Please note, that we do not pick-up any alterations and the cost for delivering the product to us is to be taken care by you.
I SHOPPED THE PRODUCTS FROM A MULTI-BRAND OUTLET. CAN ANY ALTERATIONS BE DONE?
For all products shopped from a Multi-brand outlet, please contact the same multi-brand outlet for alterations.
